What's New in Pulse SMS — April 2026

Every few weeks we ship a batch of improvements based on what users tell us — and this sprint was a productive one. Here's a rundown of everything that landed in Pulse SMS during March and early April 2026.

Search contacts when composing a message

Shipped March 31 · Send Messages page

Writing a message to a specific contact used to mean scrolling through your entire list or typing a phone number manually. Not anymore.

The Send Messages page now has a live search bar at the top of the recipient picker. Start typing a name or number and the list filters instantly — no page reload, no waiting.

Contact search in the send messages composer

This is especially useful if you have hundreds of contacts across multiple lists. Search works across:

  • Contact name — first name, last name, or full name
  • Phone number — partial or full, formatted or raw

Select one or more results and they're added to your recipient field immediately.

Google sign-in

Shipped April 1

You can now create an account and sign in with your Google account — no password required.

Google OAuth sign-in button on the Pulse SMS login page

Click Continue with Google on the sign-up or login page and you're in within seconds. Your Google profile name and avatar are imported automatically, and your account is linked to your Google email so you can always sign back in without remembering a password.

Existing email/password accounts are unaffected — you can continue signing in the same way you always have.

Lead capture CTA for potential customers

Shipped April 1 · Marketing pages

We added an email capture call-to-action across the marketing site to convert visitors who aren't ready to sign up just yet.

Visitors can drop their email to get notified about new features, pricing updates, and early-access opportunities. Leads are collected and stored so the team can follow up or trigger automated onboarding sequences.

If you're evaluating Pulse SMS for your business, this is a low-friction way to stay in the loop without committing to an account right away.

Feedback panel on the dashboard

Shipped March 30 · Dashboard

We want to hear from you — so we brought the feedback form right into the product.

In-app feedback panel on the Pulse SMS dashboard

You'll find a Feedback button in the dashboard. Click it to open a lightweight panel where you can:

  • Rate your experience
  • Describe a bug or unexpected behavior
  • Suggest a feature or improvement

Submissions go directly to the team. No third-party widget, no redirect — it's all inside Pulse SMS.

That's it for this sprint. Keep the feedback coming — it directly shapes what we build next. If you have a feature request or ran into something unexpected, use the new feedback panel right from your dashboard.

Until next time, The PulseSMS Team
